Before you order
A clear, well-lit photo taken at your pet's eye level, where you can see their whole face. Daylight beats a flash. If their markings are hard to make out in the photo, tell us about them in the notes box when you order.
One style only: traditional colour pencil with clear dark line detail and visible pencil texture, on a clean plain white background, in portrait orientation. We do not do splash-colour, digital-looking or loose painterly work.
Yes — up to four, and they are all drawn together in the one portrait. Choose how many pets when you order and upload a photo of each. If they are all in a single photo together, that works too.
